Valcano Cards is a one-person operation that grew out of a 30K-follower stream and a garage full of slabs. Every card in the shop has either been pulled live, scouted at a card show, or sourced through a private collector relationship I've spent years building.
No middlemen, no markups for the sake of margin — just a small, curated rotation of cards I'd be hyped to own myself.

Hi, I'm Val.
Valcano Cards started with family. Growing up, some of my favorite memories were collecting cards with my family. Looking back, it was never really about the cards-it was about having fun together.
That's the feeling I wanted to recreate with Valcano Cards.
Today, Valcano Cards is a marketplace for collectors and a community for people who love the hobby. Whether you're searching for a grail, adding to your PC, or just browsing, my goal is to create a place that's built on trust, fun, and genuine connections.
The WNBA card community has played a huge role in that journey. What started as collecting cards turned into friendships with people across the country-many of whom I now consider close friends. Through cards, I've traveled, attended games, shared unforgettable moments, and met some truly incredible people.
I'm also a huge Phoenix Mercury fan, a claw machine enthusiast, and the proud owner of Olaf, a one-eyed dog who somehow became part of the Valcano brand.
Valcano Cards was able to come to life when I hit the Caitlin Clark Black Finite 1/1 from a $26 break spot. (Thank you, MrsFlip!) That card helped turn a hobby into a business, but it also reminded me of what makes collecting special: you never know when something amazing is about to happen.

The idea is simple: create a place where collectors can buy, sell, consign, discover new cards, connect with other collectors, and have a little fun along the way.
A lot of the cards you'll find here come from my own collection, cards I've acquired through trades, collections I've purchased, consignments from fellow collectors, and yes, more than a few questionable ripping decisions.
While WNBA cards are at the heart of the brand, you'll also find NBA, NCAAW, tennis, baseball, and other sports throughout the marketplace.
Valcano Cards is more than a place to buy and sell cards. It's a community built around the relationships that make this hobby special.
